Q: Is the fringe of the awning detachable, if we need to remove it post-installation?

A - If the customer would like to remove the fringe at any stage, we can provide a video on how to remove it very easily. The fringe is a piece that slides out by removing the 2 screws on each end cap of the front profile.

Q: What is the minimum required space on the edge of the wall for the awning?

A - In awning systems, in order for our products to be long-lasting and to avoid any damage, there should be at least a 150mm gap between the bracket and the edge of the wall.

Q: On the Bioclimatic Modern Pergola,  I see the rain chain hanging. What's the purpose of the rain chain? And why is it hanging like that?

A - Rain chains help to direct water to rain barrels, landscaped beds, or other water features. Rain chains work using surface tension. They are connected to the pergola's gutters, usually where a downspout is placed. As rainwater collects in the gutters and begins to drain, it naturally follows the path of least resistance and follows the chain down to the ground. As our Bioclimatic Modern Systems do not have a front post, we recommend stainless rain chains that provide water outlet control. It is also used as decoration.

Q: As well as the LED lights do you also have star lights to resemble the sky at night in the panels?

A - There is no additional lighting option other than the standard LED Lighting System | Integrated & Linear lighting option, which is additionally requested in our pergola systems, supplied by SAMSUNG.

Q: Do you have plug sockets in the structure?

A - There are no sockets included in our standard Pergola Systems. However, it is possible to integrate them in the structure. Our company does not supply sockets directly and these need to be supplied from your side (ie your electrician). Since any external electrical work is not done by our company, such work is not included in our optional product range and our team cannot install such sockets due to restrictions on certification on electrical works.

Therefore, it prevents the fabric from being torn and prolongs the life of the awning.
